D06N covers composite sheet materials comprising a fibrous web substrate coated or laminated with macromolecular layers, including linoleum, oilcloth, vinyl-coated fabrics, artificial leather, and roofing felts. This classification encompasses flexible sheeting materials used for wall, floor, and decorative coverings where the functional properties derive from the polymer coating layer applied to a textile or fiber base. Also included are flexible sheet materials not classified elsewhere in the textile or paper treatment sections, such as synthetic polymer films combined with fabric substrates.
