Description

G05D27/00 covers the simultaneous control of two or more non-electric variables that individually belong to different main groups of G05D, for example temperature combined with humidity, or flow combined with pressure and level. Typical applications include air-conditioning and climate chambers, chemical and food processing plants, and laundry or dishwashing machines in which several process variables are regulated by one coordinated control scheme. Control of a single variable remains in its own main group, e.g. G05D23/00 for temperature or G05D7/00 for flow.
