Description
A44C covers personal adornments worn on the body for decoration or ornamentation, including jewelry articles such as rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, brooches, and similar items, as well as coins and medals. This subclass encompasses the design, construction, and fastening mechanisms of ornamental pieces, including methods for making, assembling, and joining decorative components. It includes both precious and non-precious adornments, but excludes functional items like watches or timepieces (covered under A44B) and clothing-integrated elements such as buttons or closures.
