Description

E04G encompasses temporary and permanent structural support systems, molds, and equipment used in construction and building maintenance. This subclass covers scaffolding structures, formwork systems (shuttering), bracing, and shoring devices essential for erecting, modifying, or demolishing buildings and structures. It also includes handling equipment and mechanical aids for transporting building materials on-site, as well as tools and techniques for repair, renovation, and demolition of existing buildings. Related specialized building techniques (such as pile-driving or dredging) are classified elsewhere.
