Description

It covers devices such as diffusers, nozzles, flow control valves, and systems that use fluid dynamics principles to achieve desired flow patterns, pressure distributions, or velocity profiles. The classification includes both active and passive flow control techniques, including swirl generators, flow straighteners, and jet deflection mechanisms. F15D excludes general fluid mechanics theory and focuses on engineered means for practical flow manipulation in hydraulic, pneumatic, and general fluid systems.
