Description

H05G covers X-ray generation, production, and technical applications excluding medical diagnostic imaging and therapeutic irradiation devices. This subclass encompasses X-ray tubes, high-voltage equipment for X-ray production, X-ray diffraction and crystallography apparatus, and industrial X-ray inspection systems. It includes the design of X-ray sources, cooling systems, target materials, and associated electrical circuits necessary for X-ray generation and control.
